TERRIBLE SERVICE

Phone order our Prom flowers to Brennan's.arrived at shop to find no flower order. Clerk searched on computer. She said no record of phone order in the computer. We reordered Prom flower order and asked for a discount. She replied she would give me one but had to ask the owner first. We make second trip back to pick up flowers. Displeased with flowers too much fake stuff was added and no discount was given. I was only requesting a 10% discount on $31.25. We called after the holiday weekend and spoke to the owner (Daniel) who was rude and angry. He would not listen to our concerns and insisted that since the phone order was not in the computer that we had not called. I replied we did call and and I gave a suggestion of confirmation order numbers should be given to phone order customers. He said if I wanted one I should of asked for one and for the past ten years no phone orders have ever been lost. I replied you just lost a customer. He said fine and hung up on me. I called the FTD to inquire about phone order confirmation numbers and they said one should have been automatically given to me and that the owner was being defensive and putting the blame on me for his mistake of losing the phone order. I would never recommend this flower shop to anyone. The owner is just nasty! UPDATE: 9-18-2009 In response to Daniel Brennan's response of 6/30/09, it is simply not true that BBB favored his business in the case. The decision was 1. Parties could not come to an agreement. 2. No response from business. That hardly means that it was in his favor. This business owner simply misplaced the phone order and does not want to admit it. He was paid for the flowers which were terrible by the way. Check out the BBB site and type in Brennan's Floral and see the true answers there.

we were reported to the bbb and the out come was in our fovore no proof was given that the kid made the phone call from his cell phone as his parents stated

Brennan's Floral Gift Shop is the only florist you should ever consider for all of your floral needs. The bouquets and arrangements I have seen them create for weddings are amazing. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of flowers!!
